• All shipping is sent freight collect, and shipping charges are paid by the customer upon delivery.
• Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and parcel size and will be provided on the product page or at the time of order.
• No shipping fee applies when an item is collected in person at the gallery.

• We may reuse packaging materials as part of our efforts to reduce waste and make better use of resources.
• We prioritize safe delivery and package items carefully; however, reused packaging materials may show signs of prior use.

• As all items are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.
• If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

• Orders are shipped every Sunday.
• Delivery may take approximately 2–7 days after shipment.
